We are looking for a Collection Officer to join our team who must be having the experience in Medical sector.
Key Accountabilities:
- Handling all collections and daily field visit to customers in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain area
- Email Communication to customer
- Sending payment reminders and make thorough follow up
- Conducting meeting with the sales team regularly
- Conducting meeting with Supplier on monthly basis
- Generating reports & statements in oracle
- Timely reporting & Accuracy report
- Preparation of daily Visit reports and weekly plan
- Collection of Cash Payment and Credit Card payment when needed.
- Assistance to team covering more areas across UAE as and when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or Equivalent Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical & Health sector
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
Work Environment: Field (Abu Dhabi & Al Ain)
