About Things, You'll Be Working On
- Contact customers via, phone email, or visit to collect outstanding payments.
- Resolving customer queries and issues related to billing and payments.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in invoices or payments.
- Maintain frequent contact and build strong relationships with customers regarding their accounts including reminders and dunning letters.
- Ensuring accurate billing, receipts allocation, and reconciliation on customer accounts
Key competencies:
- Proven experience as a Collections executive or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bonus:
- Experience in MS Dynamics Business Central.
- Technology, F&B, or fintech industry experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Bachelors or Masters's Degree.
- 4+ years of experience in a high volume of billing & collections experience.
- Team player, Excellent communicator, organized proactive, customer-focused, strong attention to detail, and target oriented.
