We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious Surveyor to join our expanding Commercial Agency team in Dubai. This team represents a key strategic addition to our business, designed to complement Savills investment team and significantly enhance the services we offer to our clients.
Our team will be at the forefront of advising on occupier requirements in an evolving and competitive market, ensuring landlords stay ahead with innovative design, placemaking, and sustainability practices. By establishing a strong presence, this team will be well-positioned to compete with top-tier agencies for leasing and acquisition instructions.

- To research accurately and present market data, internal and external communication to a professional standard
- Be responsible for your own business development, setting goals and creating a strategy to achieve those goals
- Refer business leads or other potential fee earning opportunities
- To undertake the efficient administration of all procedures in carrying out business.
- To manage your own workload efficiently and support the Partner's workload
- To build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients to foster the professional image of the business
- To communicate fully with all parties to guarantee that business is managed in an efficient and professional manner
- To perform other tasks delegated by the Partners as required
- Ability to create and post relevant research and market content on agreed social media channels
- Be thorough and maintain precise data records
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- MRICS or on APC pathway preferable or alternative professional qualification
- Minimum Bachelors postgraduate degree
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- A drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace and be seeking an opportunity for career progression
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in commercial real estate market is a plus, ideally Dubai but other market experience both in the UAE and Internationally is also valuable
- Ideally have a track record of working on and / or completing new lettings, and lease disposals / advisory
- Business development and networking skills
- Existing client network not essential but would be a plus
- Have experience of working with both tenants and landlords as well as flex space operators
- Have a detailed understanding of the commercial real estate market, current rents, trends, and incentives
- Be able to draft and negotiate Heads of Terms and Tenant Representation / Landlord terms of engagement
- Be able to navigate and advise on the commercial elements of a lease and have a sound understanding of the clauses which impact lease and investment value
- Have experience in reporting to clients and providing regular updates verbally and in writing
- The experience, ability, and enthusiasm to make and maintain business contacts
- The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated tasks and duties
