- Achieve the retail sales target and increase the footprint in the destination by marketing the available shops
- Implements the desired tenets retail mix
- Manage and direct the daily activities of the retail operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Responsible for all retail functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Retail negotiations and renewals
- Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace.
- Coordinate and/or show space to potential tenants and negotiate floor layout, work orders, rent, and associated lease documents and issues
- Develop and maintain a database with market information obtained from brokers and visits/calls to competitive properties
- Follow up on the collection of rentals from tenants
- Coordinates and monitors the work of contractors (Internal & external ) to ensure that the delivery is in accordance with the quality and time specified
- Responsible of identifying potential corporate partners, prospecting, developing pitches, securing new long-term partnerships, and managing partnerships within a long-term partnership framework
- Developed creative ways to partner with organizations in order to maximize our company's activities and mutual benefits.
- Responsible to set and plan all on ground activations in the commercial area
- Execute plans to target selected schools, hospitals, gas stations, entertainment providers etc...
- Execute and manage all partnerships and deals with surrounding hotels
- Execute marketing strategies, campaigns and events to increase retail sales.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- BA/BS in marketing or related field required.
- Minimum 6 years marketing experience, ideally with an emphasis in residential real estate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
