Who are we

Outsized is a talent-on-demand platform for enterprise clients and consulting firms in Asia, Middle East and South Africa. We focus on on full-time contracts (remote or onsite), typically between 1-12 months. We help our talent upskill so they have better chances of landing their dream projects and charge fair rates. Whom are we looking for

We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in developing and optimising cards products as well as leading the growth of the card portfolio.

Please note: We are building this talent pool for future roles across the MENA region. Once shortlisted, projects under this opportunitywill last for 6-12 months on a contractual basis.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Analysing the current product and portfolio to identify improvement area across various metrics
• Cultivate and manage a pipeline of market opportunities, ensuring KPIs on pipeline value, conversion rate, time-to-revenue are met or exceeded
• Co develop value propositions and product pricing strategies
• Provide insights for the development of market positioning for products
• Coordinate Campaign execution and troubleshooting issues
• Develop an acquisition strategy, including sales planning and enablement, and interface directly with customers

Qualifications:

• The required candidate is expected to have 10+ years of experience in full lifecycle of card Independent and self-starter individual capable of managing end-to-end card business projects
• Comprehensive understanding of card's banking products, either commercial products or retail products or both
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required
