About The Role
As the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving JASARA PMC's commercial strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of business development initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop compelling proposals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust commercial strategy to drive business growth and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including pricing strategies and contract negotiations
- Manage the commercial team and provide guidance and support to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements and manage project risks
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercial management or business development, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry
- Strong commercial acumen and business intelligence
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience leading and managing high-performing teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's business environment and regulations is preferred
