We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Commercial Director to join IHG Jordan. This senior leadership role will oversee the
Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams across our IHG properties in Jordan, ensuring that our commercial strategies and practices align with IHG's global standards and drive business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies across Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Reservations to maximize profitability and market share.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and delivering results across all commercial functions.
- Conduct sales calls with the team to build client relationships, understand market needs, and drive business development.
