About the Role:

As Commercial Director, you will oversee cost planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting, ensuring the delivery of world-class outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies.
• Lead financial planning, cost analysis, and budgeting processes.

Requirements:

• Must hold a degree in Economics or a relevant field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial planning and commercial management.
• Must have prior experience in cost planning and analysis
• Must have experience in financial planning and analysis
• Extensive experience with large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• International project experience; Middle East exposure is an advantage.
