Job Description

Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible to leverage understanding of key business assumptions and drivers to generate unbiases forecasts and balanced plans representative of commercial and operational plans. Possesses deep knowledge of enterprise planning and integrated business planning. Also has a deep understanding of the business dynamics that drive growth, maximize profit, and deliver winning performance in the marketplace. Lastly, he/she Enables business results by enhancing business partner financial capability.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Support CD and Head of Finance to achieve Financial targets via providing ROI analysis on Trade Investment by Customer/ Product/ Initiative level in timely manner.
  • Provide financial advice to Commercial team to support Customer Negotiation and to improve its profitability.
  • Lead Pre & Post Evaluation on all Trade Investment
  • Co -Lead SRM initiatives with Trade Marketing

Topline Controlling & Management

  • Key strategic role in PEAK Process to enhance Forecast Accuracy and Trade Investment visibility.
  • Lead Topline planning including Trade Investment plan (Monthly Rolling Forecast and annual Spring Plan), Trade investment plan which is activity base by Customer/ Channel.
  • Challenge all non-value-added trade activity and topline controlling process to improve effectiveness of the investment and the organization.
  • Continuously enhance the Control environment to fully comply with the company policy and guideline.
  • Make sure that Revenue is accurately recognized, and all Trade spending is properly accrued.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Admin/Accounting preferred)
  • 3 years in FP&A or Business Controlling

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 6 to 7 years of work experience in Finance
  • 5 years in FP&A or Business Controlling
  • MUST have at least 3 years hands-on experience in a FP&A or Business Controlling.
  • MNC experience is a MUST.
  • FMCG experience +
  • Experience to lead cross-functional work and project ++
  • Must have balanced knowledge between Finance and Business
  • English speaking (Spoken & written) skills is a MSUT
  • Excellent Excel skills is a MUST
  • Knowledge on OLAP tools +
  • AICPA (or KCPA) +
  • CPA
