Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ardiya, Kuwait for a Commercial Manager at JAMEIA.COM. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all commercial activities within the company. They will develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, negotiate and manage customer contracts, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Commercial Manager will also analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in commercial management, sales, or business development
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic recommendations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
