Job Summary:-
As the Commercial Manager for the Middle East, you will be pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of Omnilog. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing commercial strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the sales and marketing functions within the region. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry and a proven track record in commercial management.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration across the Middle East. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Marketing:
- Lead the sales team in achieving targets and developing new business opportunities. Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance brand visibility in the region.
Operational Oversight:
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
Qualifications:-
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in commercial management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and managing client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
