Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager - Real Estate - in New Cairo.
- The Commercial Manager - Real Estate will be responsible for property management, lease administration, leases, and commercial real estate.
- The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to managing and overseeing commercial real estate properties and leases.
Qualifications
- Property Management and Lease Administration skills
- Experience in managing and overseeing commercial real estate properties and leases
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 15+ Years of experience in the real estate industry is a Must
