Role Description

Binayah Properties is seeking enthusiastic and proactive *Agents* to represent our brand at prime locations across Dubai. The Kiosk Agent will be responsible for marketing properties, providing selling and leasing services, managing properties, and offering general repair and maintenance services. As a key point of contact for clients, the Kiosk Agent plays a crucial role in promoting our properties and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Meetings: Engage with potential clients, understand their property needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Promoting Sales: Actively promote our properties, highlighting unique features to drive interest and conversions.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Market Awareness & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current market trends, new developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Proven real estate sales experience, with prior exposure to working with property developers
• Strong ability to convert leads into sales and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-
• Confidence in presenting properties and services to potential clients in a public setting.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends
