Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Unwind Properties. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including managing commercial real estate sales & Leasing ( Offices, Retail and Warehouses ), generate new listing, working with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and facilitating property viewings.

Qualifications

• Brokerage and Sales experience ( Minimum of 6 Months )
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field

This is a commission based Job ( NO SALARY ) with a structure of up to 70%
