Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial consultant located in Dubai Hills HQ. The Commercial consultant will represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of Office spaces, Retails, Warehouses, Malls , Labour camps and any other commercially required space.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting information about a commercial property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dubai's regulations, market rules, and current pricing trends per square foot.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide array of stakeholders, including developers, sellers, buyers, tenants, and financial institutions.
- Participate in and conduct property valuations and viewings.
- Manage negotiations between potential buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from the initial viewing to the offer stage.
- Oversee the progress of sales and rentals with support from our sales progression team.
- Perform regular follow-up calls to clients post-viewing.
- Stay updated on market trends within the local commercial property market.
Requirements
- Business-oriented mindset with B2B savvy.
- Experience in commercial or residential real estate sales or rentals within the UAE.
- RERA certification (support provided if not already obtained).
- Positive, hardworking attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Professional, presentable, and honest.
- Strong networking capabilities.
- Consistently adheres to a smart business dress code.
- Holds a UAE driving license and owns a vehicle.
