Job Description

Job Summary:

The Commercial Bus Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales of commercial buses within the dealership showroom. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on commercial bus models, features, and financing options.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up with potential customers to answer questions and address concerns.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads.
Sales Management:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of sales transactions.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all commercial bus models and their specifications.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for growth.
  • Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Working Conditions:
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
