Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy development and execution for projects
- Manage contracts, ensuring that all terms are met and risks are minimized

- Work closely with procurement teams to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management within the construction or engineering sectors
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
