Job Description

1- Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
  • 2- Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
  • 3- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
  • 4- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
  • 5- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
  • 6- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
  • 7- Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Parties instructions.
  • 8- Knowledgeable about using wok section otherwise your application will be disregard.
  • 9- Good English Communication skills / Customer relation
  • 10- Preferably East Asian
  • 11- 1 day off per Week
  • 12- Meals provided while on duty
  • 13- Fast learner and can work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
