Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Commis Chef at Al Sultan Beach Resort located in Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Qatar. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You will work under the guidance of a senior chef and be prepared to rotate through different kitchen stations. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes, and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary degree or diploma is a plus
