We empower them through Interactive and Engaging Sessions, Community Trips and Offline Meets, Workshops with a mission to make them more productive and engaged in the second innings of their lives!The RoleYou Will Be Responsible ForLeading, planning and executing events of different scales in various formats.Developing an event strategy and roadmap to execute events that boost business development and customer relationship building.Overseeing and coordinating the activities of staff, subcontractors and vendors and other logistical details to successfully execute all aspects of events.Ensuring event spend is within budget and negotiating with suppliers to ensure return on spend is maximised.Tracking post event feedback to measure effectiveness against event goals.Managing corporate communications across internal channels/platforms.Developing messaging and content for corporate communications.Keeping staff updated and engaged on corporate developments and strategies through various internal communication channels/platforms.Managing a team of 6-10 people.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience ideally in Customer Service or Event Marketing / Event Management within Consumer and Media & Entertainment industry.Experience within would be a strong advantage.You have prior experience in working with multiple vendors.You are a strong planner with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersWhat's on OfferStrong opportunities to progress your careerLeadership RoleFlexible working options
