KSA Communications and Marketing Lead

Location: Riyadh or Al-Khobar, with travel across KSA and occasionally beyond.

Role: The KSA Communications and Marketing Lead will identify and lead all communications and marketing efforts in Saudi Arabia. This role involves internal and external communications, aligning with KBRs strategic goals, and collaborating with the global communications team.
Responsibilities:
Shape and implement a focused KSA communication and marketing strategy.
Advise in-country business leaders on communications.
Coordinate external communications: marketing, advertising, media, and events.
Develop schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify and capitalize on media and marketing opportunities.
Evaluate communication activities and metrics.
Monitor and protect brand integrity.
Draft, proofread, and edit content.
Manage relationships with external suppliers.
Support internal event coordination and employee engagement activities
Maintain marketing toolkits and content calendars.
Produce and manage marketing materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a communications role.
Creative thinker with strong content creation and editing skills.
Engaging personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work across complex organizations.
Detail-oriented with excellent grammar and spelling (English and Arabic desirable).
Proficient in managing multiple deadlines.
Experienced in digital platforms and event support.
Ability to work with diverse teams and senior leaders.
Arabic language skills are a plus.
