Background:

Community Engagement and Partnership Building

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with diverse groups (residents, businesses, NGOs, government agencies) to build partnerships.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for community outreach, conflict resolution, and stakeholder collaboration.

2. Strategic Planning and Vision

  • Goal Setting and Evaluation: Setting measurable goals and KPIs, with an emphasis on tracking impact and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Innovation and Foresight: Ability to anticipate community needs and introduce relevant programs, services, or events.

3. Operational and Resource Management

  • Facility Management: Knowledge of maintaining and optimizing physical spaces, such as rooms, event spaces, and resources within the hub.
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Competence in budget management, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial reporting.

4. Program and Event Development

  • Program Design: Skill in designing relevant and impactful programs that meet community needs and attract diverse participation.
  • Event Planning: Proficiency in planning and executing community events, from concept to execution, including logistics, promotion, and evaluation.

5. Data Analysis and Impact Measurement

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Ability to gather, interpret, and use data on community engagement and program impact for reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Accountability: Skill in creating regular reports that demonstrate value to stakeholders and justify funding or resource allocation.

6. Organizational Management

  • Project Management: Proficient in planning, executing, evaluating and reporting on tasks as well as managing budgets.
  • Team Work: Efficient in working with internal and external stakeholders on tasks, providing constructive feedback, and supporting initiative success.
  • Crisis Management: Ability to respond calmly and effectively to unexpected challenges or requests.
