We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our online and offline communities. This role involves engaging with community members, creating content, and fostering a positive environment that aligns with our brands values and goals.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage SEVEN's online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube and TikTok.
Content Creation: Write engaging captions, create posts and develop stories that resonate with our community, ensuring alignment with SEVEN's brand voice.
Community Engagement: Reply to comments, re-share stories and actively engage with the online community to foster positive relationships and a supportive environment.
Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends, sharing ideas with the Media Manager to keep content fresh and relevant.
Ambassador Collaboration: Work closely with SEVEN's brand ambassadors to amplify our message and reach a wider audience.
Event Organisation: Assist in organising online and offline community events to enhance member engagement and build community spirit.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Media Manager and Brand Designer to create content that not only engages but also builds and strengthens the SEVEN community.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase community engagement and online presence, drawing from industry trends and data analysis.
Requirements
Work Experience: 3+ years in a social/digital media role, preferably within the retail or wellness industry.
Tools: Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads; Zoho.
Languages: Fluency in English with strong writing skills; Spanish is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to write, communicate and engage with a diverse online audience.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data and trends to drive strategic content decisions.
Social Media Enthusiast: Passionate about content creation, staying updated with social trends, and fostering community engagement.
Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
