Role Objective:
We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building online communities for our clients across various social media platforms.
Job Description
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, reviews, inquiry forms, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner to reach client satisfaction & take his experience to the next level.
- Creatively responding with customized messages when needed.
- Provide reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, feedback and outcomes.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team.
- Constant following up with leads and retained clients.
- Preparing orders to the shipping company.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in community management & online sales is a must, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and management tools.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Able to work 5- days weekly & on official holidays to cover ongoing campaigns
Required personal qualities:
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Attention to details.
- Flexible and adaptable to learn new techniques to stay effective.
- Time management.
