Job Description

Socialize is looking for a vibrant Community Manager, where your passion for social media and connecting with people takes centre stage. In this exciting role, you'll spearhead conversations across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook. Fluent in English, you'll be the go-to person for customer queries and pivotal in content planning, creation, and community management.

As the Community Manager, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, crafting and managing the monthly content calendar in English for a global audience. Regular social media channel audits will be your forte, ensuring everything aligns seamlessly with brand standards and contributing to the delivery of social media reports. Proactive and reactive engagement with the audience will be second nature as you monitor keywords and swiftly address any spam or negativity. You'll need to find opportunities to engage or create content around the insights gathered from the online community. Additionally, you'll play a key role in deciphering campaign objectives, defining user journeys, and strategically mapping out content to hit our predetermined goals.

We're also looking for:

  • Online marketing experience with a keen understanding of social media.
  • Proficiency across various social media channels.
  • Demonstrable research skills to spot relevant social media trends and platform updates.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A profound understanding of the UAE social media landscape, culture, and trends.
  • An interest in emerging technology, AI and innovation.
