The Compensation and Benefits Manager plays a key role in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent by designing and managing our company's compensation and benefits programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring these programs are competitive, fair, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze salary and benefits trends in the market to ensure our programs are competitive.
- Design and implement pay structures, bonus programs, and stock options based on organizational goals and employee performance.
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation to ensure internal pay equity.
- Select and administer a variety of employee benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with benefits vendors.
- Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees on benefits options.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Stay informed of current trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on existing programs.
- Support the recruitment and retention of top talent by developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong understanding of market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
