Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
Set performance goals and objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Conduct research and analysis of industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Establish and maintain pay scales and grading systems, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarks, considering regional factors, to determine appropriate salary ranges and compensation structures.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing compensation practices.
Manage the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong knowledge of Labor law.
Familiarity with compensation survey methodologies and job evaluation techniques.
Excellency in English is a must.
Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
