Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • for maintaining documentation cycle tasks.
  • Compensation Strategy
  • in Job evaluation, Grading, and salary structure for OW Group.
  • for all group payroll data on monthly bases and perform all payroll related analysis with 100% accuracy.
  • Taxes monthly reconciliation on taxes government portal.
  • in Merit process; checking the data readiness, planning process and budgeting.
  • follow up proper implementation of compensation & benefits policy.
  • in monthly Bonus /Commission and incentives calculation for all companies based on incentives policy & business updates.
  • & track year to date paid bonus /commission and prepare all related reports upon to request.
  • and update all Incentive and commissions systems for all departments.
  • & collect all required information or data to be included within current or new compensation studies /projects.
  • in launching compensation & benefits programs on floor, and ensure of full understanding to company employees.
  • new Monetary and Non-Monetary benefits to OW employees

Job Requirements

  • BA, in business administration or equivalent
  • 2-3 years successful experience in the same role .
  • SAP Background will be a Great
  • Excel Analysis.
  • Very Good Command of English
  • Ability to organize and priorities workload and meet deadlines
  • Team player and detailed oriented
