Role Description

Compensation Benefits Specialist will be responsible for job evaluation, benefits administration, compensation management, and overseeing employee benefits within the company's framework. The role will involve maintaining and enhancing the compensation and benefits structures to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll, Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits
• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits practices
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in HR systems and software
• Relevant certification in Human Resources or related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages
