We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of maintaining excellence in compliance. Our Audit Department plays a critical role in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Purpose:
As a Compliance associate in the Audit Department, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that our company complies with external regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with various departments to identify potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor regulatory changes and updates to ensure that the organization remains compliant with evolving requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including ethics, data privacy, and anti-corruption.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and operations teams, to address compliance issues and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal, Finance, Accounting.
- Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to compliance, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC).
- 1 years of experience in compliance function.
- Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm, with strong communication skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
