Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs to ensure that employees understand and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the organization's operations.
Regularly assess the organization's operations, processes, and practices to identify any areas of non-compliance or potential risks, involving conducting audits, reviews, and risk assessments.
Oversee and monitor all compliance activities of the organization
Educate employees about compliance requirements, policies, and procedures to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization. They may conduct training sessions, and workshops, and distribute educational materials.
Participate in investigating any violation that occurs or is suspected determine the root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Prepare and submit reports to the compliance director, to communicate the organization's compliance status, issues, and remediation efforts.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field
Minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred:
Having a previous experience in pharmaceutical company or medical insurance.
