Configuration & Payroll Support Analyst
Ebury Mass Payments (EMP) is the premier non-bank provider of high volume currency and payment solutions. The division operates in 5 of the 24 Ebury offices and has made a recent acquisition which will dramatically accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customise the payroll system based on organisational needs and requirements.
- Implement changes to the system in response to policy updates or regulatory changes.
- Ensure that customizations align with compliance standards.
- Stay informed about updates and new features released by the payroll software provider.
- Test and implement system updates to enhance performance and security.
- Provide support to end-users, including payroll Team, HR, Finance and Clients , with payroll-related inquiries.
- Investigate and solve issues related to payroll processing, calculations, and system usage.
- Provide timely and clear communication regarding system downtimes or maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in the payroll support function.
- Collaborate with the team to implement improvements in support processes.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Compliance team to ensure that system configurations align with compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the IT department to address technical issues and implement system enhancements.
