Job Purpose
Ensures that AMG projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Collaborates with architects and designers to develops project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Supervise construction crews, monitors progress, and ensures that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Technical Accountabilities
- Designs and develops construction plans and blueprints
- Manages and oversees construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensures compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Coordinates with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conducts site inspections and monitor progress
- Prepares cost estimates and budgets
- Resolves any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
- Selects and manages materials, equipment, and labor
- Prepares and submits project reports and documentation
- Implements and monitors quality control procedures
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)
- 1-3 years experience
- Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering
- Experience in Site Construction work
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Problem-solving.
- High attention to detail.
- Highly organized
- High Leadership Skills.
