We are currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Construction Helper with fit-out experience to join our team.
- Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Helper with experience in fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that fit-out projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings, and other elements as part of fit-out projects.- Support skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, in completing their tasks.
Carry out basic construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.
- Load and unload materials and tools, ensuring they are available for the team as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment on all job sites.- Help with the assembly and installation of temporary structures, partitions, and other construction elements.
Assist in reading and interpreting project plans and drawings.
- Perform other general labor duties as required by the project supervisor.
Previous experience as a Construction Helper, particularly in fit-out projects, is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction and fit-out processes.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of maintaining a safe work environment.
- Good communication skills.
