- B. Architecture or related degree
Experience in Fit out works.
- Certificate in Project Manager Experience in Fit out works
Able to manage the contractor who are working on various fit out projects.
- Need young energetic people who can run around and follow up with Contractors clients etc on behalf of MP fit out works for Commercial rentals.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management.
Coordinate with the Project management team in the planning, organizing, management, and control of various projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed meeting agreed project parameters (budget, timelines, and scope/quality), standards, and objectives.- Help the Constriction manager in Managing the Project Cycle from the initial planning stage up to turnover to ensure that all aspects and phases of the projects adhere to the company requirements whilst maintaining the highest standards.
Actively involved by participating in all project site design meetings and maintaining constant awareness to ensure approved design requirements via site conditions.
- Carry out regular site inspections and recording observations to circulate findings and recommendations to ensure that work is executed in line with approved specifications that the project is progressing according to project timelines and that appropriate resources are allocated in line with the contractual agreement.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls across the Projects section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Perform other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals
