Construction Manager

Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (Fridays off)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a focus on renovation and interiors. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in the GCC and will not come from a traditional construction background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Manage project resources and materials efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of interior construction experience in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of renovation and interior commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
