• The ideal candidate will have mandatory ADNOC experience and a proven track record in leading large-scale, complex projects in the oil & gas sector.
• This role requires hands-on expertise in managing construction teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (no diplomas or part-time courses)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure project timelines are met
