Salva-Group company is looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Engineer (with a UAE construction background) for full-time work in day-by-day management of the site, monitoring and supervising labor force, overseeing the quality and selection of material, providing technical advice and etc. You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections, preparing of the reports, ensure that all work completed with the schedule and so on.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Management of the site
- Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
- Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
- Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
- Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitoring and supervising the site labor force
- Managing and overseeing construction projects
- Conducting site investigation
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance
- Conducting assessing risks
- Preparing site reports and documentation
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, and the general workforce involved in the project
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Delegating tasks
- Scheduling meetings and training sessions
- Ensuring safe project completion
*Qualifications*:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
- Experience in a similar role (UAE)
- Ability to apply logical, independent, and critical thinking skills to projects.
