As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with a team of contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review project plans and blueprints, identifying any discrepancies or potential issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors and construction workers, ensuring that work is completed according to specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using construction management software and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
