As a Consultant and Specialist in Plastic Surgery at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing advanced surgical care in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including medical history and aesthetic goals, to formulate individualized treatment plans
- Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to aesthetic enhancements, complex reconstructive surgeries, and trauma-related interventions
- Utilize contemporary surgical methods and technologies to achieve superior patient outcomes
- Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care, ensuring comprehensive patient support
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to maintain a holistic approach to patient care
- Engage in continuous education regarding emerging trends and innovations in plastic surgery

Requirements
- Medical degree and valid licensure to practice as a Consultant and Specialist in Plastic Surgery
- Completion of a residency and fellowship in Plastic Surgery
- Extensive experience in performing various cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures
- Strong knowledge of current surgical techniques, equipment, and patient care practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions and teamwork
