We are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Consultant ENT to join our team at a prestigious hospital in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck
- Conduct specialized procedures and surgeries on patients, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and middle ear surgeries
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and treatments to patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health staff, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of ENT and participate in continuing medical education activities to maintain knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Medical Degree from a reputable institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT in a hospital setting
- In-depth knowledge of ENT conditions, treatments, and procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be western-trained
