Allocation Assist Middle East is a leading healthcare consultancy agency in the Middle East, dedicated to connecting highly qualified medical professionals with top healthcare facilities. We are currently looking for a Consultant ENT with experience in a hospital setting to join our team in Dubai.
Position Overview
As a Consultant ENT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients with conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. You will work closely with other medical professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, as well as provide support and guidance to junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of the patient's medical history, symptoms, and current condition
- Perform various diagnostic procedures, such as endoscopies, audiograms, and imaging tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle changes
- Perform surgeries and other medical procedures related to the ear, nose, and throat
- Provide follow-up care and support to patients post-treatment
- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including primary care physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Participate in medical conferences and continuing education to stay current on advancements and best practices in the field
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, including residents and nurses
- Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT in a hospital setting
- Valid medical license to practice in Dubai
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written
- Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills
- Must be Western-trained
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
