Role definition
We are looking for a network engineer to manage day-to-day network operations and effectively respond to monitoring alerts, incident tickets, and email requests handled by Network Team.

Expected qualification and critical experiences
Ability to Administer and configure CUSTOMER network devices based on best practices and CUSTOMER standards. Ensuring highest level of security for the configuration applied. Handle day-to-day network operations and effectively respond to monitoring alerts, incident tickets, and email requests handled by Network Team. Effectively response to Cyber security teams to close all network vulnerabilities and security findings Carries out inspections and root cause analysis for network incidents and performance issues Deploy service packs, patches, and hotfixes. Perform upgrade actives for all network infrastructure as per KPI and guidelines Perform any changes required to maintain the infra healthy, Secure, up to date and functional. Perform any clean-up activities to maintain secure and optimal network configuration
Mandatory Skills and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Technology Professional Certificate in routing switching technologies. CCNA & CCNP certifications Min of 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years experience in Senior Technical position in Network Management field Network Virtualization: VMware Data Center Services: Cisco APIC controllers Network Routing: RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VRF
