- IT Infrastructure Management:

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

- Cybersecurity and Risk Management:

Advise on disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure resilience against IT disruptions.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including negotiation of contracts and evaluation of services.- Oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and services, ensuring value for money.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
