Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.

- IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.- Ensure the reliability, security, and availability of IT systems to support business operations.

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

- Cybersecurity and Risk Management:

Advise on disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure resilience against IT disruptions.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including negotiation of contracts and evaluation of services.- Oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and services, ensuring value for money.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
