Job Summary:
We are looking for a consultant to take on an independent, client-facing role, responsible for managing entire projects or significant project components. This role involves leading client interactions, providing strategic advice, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions across multiple sectors, including public sector, healthcare, Public Private Partnership Models, and localization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project workstreams, develop strategies, and execute project plans to achieve client objectives.
- Conduct advanced analysis, synthesize findings, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Directly engage with clients to understand their challenges, provide strategic insights, and develop strong relationships.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation, including comprehensive reports, strategy presentations, and executive summaries.
- Drive the execution of project initiatives and ensure the alignment of solutions with Vision 2030 goals and client expectations.
- Mentor and guide Associate Consultants, providing oversight to support their development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- 6-9 years of consulting experience.
- Mandatory experience working with public sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with experience in client management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
