SearchPlus HR, a trusted HR consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant or Specialist Emergency Medicine Doctor to join our team. As an Emergency Medicine Doctor at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing immediate and specialized care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions and injuries.
In this role, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a variety of medical emergencies, including stroke, heart attack, trauma, and other acute illnesses. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide efficient and high-quality care, prioritize patient needs, and make timely decisions to save lives and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients presenting with acute medical conditions and injuries
- Perform thorough physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Make accurate and timely diagnoses and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
- Perform medical procedures including suturing, wound management, and fracture immobilization
- Administer medications, fluids, and other emergency treatments
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and guidelines in emergency medicine
Requirements
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Emergency Medicine Doctor
- Completion of a recognized residency program in emergency medicine
- Proven experience in managing and treating a wide range of acute medical conditions and injuries
- In-depth knowledge of emergency medicine protocols, procedures, and best practices
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make quick and accurate decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
Requirements
