We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our team at Wizejob HR Consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality plastic surgery services to our clients and helping them achieve their desired aesthetic goals. Additionally, this individual will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, promoting our services, and staying up-to-date on the latest advances in plastic surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their aesthetic goals and develop a personalized treatment plan.
- Perform plastic surgery procedures such as breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, liposuction, and other cosmetic surgeries.
- Ensure that all treatments are performed accurately, safely, and effectively.
- Educate clients on post-operative care and follow-up appointments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Network and collaborate with other medical professionals to expand our reach and promote our services.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in plastic surgery and incorporate them into our practice.
- Adhere to all industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and procedures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plastic Surgeon.
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
- Extensive knowledge of the latest plastic surgery techniques and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
