JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate consulting engineer to join our team in Egypt; who has a profound background in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and expertise in executing consulting projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE REQUIREMENT:
As a Consulting Engineer in FEA, your role will focus on addressing complex challenges through effective problem-solving. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Perform FEA simulations related to various industries especially Aerospace & Defense, and Oil & gas such as Blast, Ballistics, Fluid Structure Interaction, and fatigue
- Deep understanding of structural mechanics using Ansys Mechanical or Ansys LS-DYNA.
- Deep understanding in using different CAD tools for geometry modelling from CAD drawings, clean-up, and geometry preparation for
- Conducting meetings with customers to understand the requirements and scope of work.
- Consulting cost & time estimation, writing proposals, executing the projects, and delivering the results on
- Need to demonstrate an ability to pick up new concepts and technologies quickly. Self-learning will be critical to accomplish this skill.
- Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English.
- Deliver high-quality introductory, advanced, and customized training online or onsite to the customers in the region.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Hold a B.E/M.Sc. in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in using simulation.
- Knowledge of linear, non-linear structural mechanics, explicit dynamics, linear dynamics, design optimization and multi-physics.
- Use of ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Mechanical/APDL, LS-DYNA and related software packages.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
- Knowledge about Python programming will be considered an
