- Be proactive regarding the improvement of processes and procedures.
- Use the job tools (telephone and computer) effectively.
- Accuracy in handling all assigned tasks.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience required in any customer facing role
- Candidates must be able to communicate with the customers as per Vodafone Qatars defined quality standards
- Proven sales experience Preferable
