This is for our Direct Client: only with Hospitality or hotel industry room reservations experience will be considered! Please do not apply if no relevant exp

-Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

-Experience in Emails and Chats in Professional and timely manner.

-Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

-Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services.

-Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
